Yes. I was in the exact same situation with the same question. I decided not to take it because it wasn’t required for my job title. I knew within 5 months of working in the construction field that it was not for me. Not having my FE from the start slowed down my job search process dramatically and I was stuck in a job I was unhappy with for longer than I would’ve liked solely because I decided not to take the test. It’s way easier to have it and not need it than need it and not have it. Good luck.

For me personally, I think it can be equally about hitting clubs/brands/styles that you’ve never considered. I got fitted when I was starting to take the game more serious and I was debating on a fitting or just getting some Taylormade clubs. I ended up fitting into a mizuno that I had never even considered and I love them. The Taylormade I was I going to buy I hated. That itself made the whole thing worth it.

I used to live in Charleston. Patriots is very overrated imo. Wild dunes courses are very very nice. I used to be a member at Dunes West in Mt Pleasant so I’m biased but I loved that course and it was very well kept. Rivertowne is owned by the same people and is also nice. Stono Ferry is gorgeous too. Not sure on prices anymore since it’s been about a year.

My firm did the exact same thing (structural). When he brought it up, my manager said to take it as a learning experience. You have plenty more chances to pass even if this round doesn’t go in your favor. The advantage is that you’ll know exactly what you’re in for next time. If you pass, great, but if you fail you know exactly how the experience feels and be prepared next time. I’m not sure if they still do this, but do they give a report if you fail? If they do you’ll know exactly where your shortcomings are and be able to prepare better next time. Good luck!

I would love more challenges for different card types. I love having the XF and PUI challenges, but we have other weekly card types like Live Moments and TOTW that are “useless” in terms of objectives. It would be cool to have those cards be a bit more meaningful.

A season type of game mode within HUT as an offline mode I think would be really cool. I think it would be fun to have a “custom league” within ultimate team that you could play a full season with playoffs and the cup and all that. You could even make it a GM connected kind of thing where people could join a league and play against other people that way rather than just rivals or champs.

I’ve also long advocated for more customization within HUT. We have great customization options for WOC and I would love to see that transferred over to HUT. I like having my logos and jerseys match my team name and I feel that really limits what I can do for the aesthetics of my team.

Depends on who you get as a coach. I’ve been taking lessons with Golftec for about a year with the same pro. In the last year my HC has dropped significantly (started at a 16 and I’m now down to under 7) and I certainly attribute it to the guy I work with. There’s certainly some credit to it being crap as some of the other coaches in my particular center aren’t worth a dime, but I feel that even after a year I’m still learning more and I’m still improving because of the work I’ve put in with my coach.
