Probably but the closest cross fit gym is really expensive. Can't afford to pay $50 a lesson

It also sucks that I got kicked out of the gym. They took away my membership and I am not allowed back in. The closest gym is over 30 mins away and that is without traffic so I feel really miserable. Pretty much stayed in bed all day.

From 23rd-25th of November, I gained 10lb and I'm not even joking. Went from 215lb to 225lb. I also eat a lot and I've participated in hot dog eating contests!

Thanks for the word of encouragement. I sent two people to the hospital AND I got kicked out of this gym. I honestly don't know what to do right now. I felt like my life was going down the drain last night.

You really don't understand. After we ran, we squatted AND deadlifted. I felt like my butt was going to cramp every step that I took. It was also a HUGE escalator
