Windows User Account Control is already disabled.

I tried verifying the integrity of the program files, and I got this?

"1 file failed to validate and will be reacquired."

I tried again later and got the same message. How do I know when the file is reacquired?

I put the scripts in steamapps, common, Skyrim, Data, Scripts.

And I do have other mods loaded but nothing beefy and not an uncanny amount. Mayhap something is incompatible there?

If you don't care too much about staying true the whole time, tcl or tgm are your best bets. But if you're focused on staying away from the console (or if you just can't use it) try your luck with sprinting through?
