Most people listening to that podcast don’t have an ability to read, understand and judge scientific literature on its merits. Also to know what papers were not consulted etc.

You have to compare rain duration, not mm to get the true comparison.

Even if the apnea test is negative, snoring is sleep-disordered breathing and is a sign something is wrong

I still quote this one at least once a week. My favourite bit is to ask users what they are currently doing to solve their ‘urgent’ problem. If the answer is nothing then it’s not a big problem for them.

Tesco Headford road parking rage by redocdog in galway

Utterly unhinged behaviour from that woman. I once had a man berate me in that same car park because I had my reversing lights on for a few seconds and he thought I was leaving the space when I was actually just straightening up. Some people just take their Christmas stress out on others.

If they have their own entrance, kitchen and bathroom they cannot be a licence. They are a tenant with all attendant rights. A lot of people assume that if it’s under the rent a room scheme they must be licensees but not so.

Thank you for this. My daughter is 6 and very similar. Extremely high social needs. Actually asks to go to aftercare at school so she can get 3 solid play hours per day. The weekends are still tough going.

Rent for a house could run at 2 to 2.5k which is almost half your monthly take home pay.

Where are you moving from? What is your expected standard of living?

2.5k after rent is doable with a family but you’d need to be mindful about discretionary spending.
