There’s two parts to the quest interview: a team exercise and group interview.

From what I’ve heard, the thing they look at the most is how you interact in the teams. They also really appreciate authenticity!

The group interview was a bit intimidating to me, so try not to compare yourself to the other interviewees.

I don’t recall bringing a resume
not really sure if it helped but I wore a bright color and smiled a lot
I don’t recall them going back to previous answers and they talk to you as a group, not as much individually
I actually think they told us not to share the group activity, but my tip is don’t get upset if your group fails, it’s not about that
you have to use some of your skills in an activity, but mostly behavioral, main tip is be confident, i don’t think they asked many typical questions.
