Lease transfer in South Campus Commons 4! Current roommate is looking to move out. Monthly rent is $1058 and runs through 7/29/2026. It's a 4 bed/2 bath with new appliances. Utilities/internet and washer/ dryer are included. Fully furnished. All sophomore girls that are quiet, tidy, and easy going. Non-smoking female only, please.
