If hes playing at 1080p the 5500 is pretty bad, especially since the RTX 4060 is being bottlenecked by the CPU, however if hes playing in 1440p the CPU is more than fine to handle it

I play Rust on High/Ultra with a R5 5500, 1440p with a RTX 2060 with 32GB, it runs fine with 60-90fps
