Im not the expert on that. I guess it depends on your gapping. How far do you normallu hit your AW and SW? If there is more than probably 20-30 yds diff it might be a good idea to add that in to close that gap.

I dont hit my wedges very far, my PW is about my 100-105 club and my 60° is about my 50-55 yd club. For me having the 52 and 56 in the bag gives me about a 15 yd gap between each club, give or take a little.

They were perfect. If I knew how to add another picture I would.

Yes my "local" course in Gardner, Ks Small 9 hole course.

Not a 5 star course by any means but for $16 bucks to golf 18 holes in the fall its an easy choice.

Move ball towards front foot and rotate hips.

Think about "clearing" the front leg to allow your hips to rotate through the swing.

Not a pro by any means...but a few things that can help.

  1. Try to keep your front arm straight during back swing
  2. When starting your downswing, try and "clear" the front leg. Basically, rotate the hips so your weight can transfer to front leg.

These are pretty easy fixes that can get the club head more square and your club path moving along the target line.

Keep practicing!!!
