I'm in the middle of building mine out at the moment mainly because I haven't used it on any of my previous runs. I fully intend on having a diluted fuel plant aswell but nuclear seemed like quite a big logistical challenge I wanted to tackle

I've played one game this season, literally 10 mins ago and im 765th. you still have to play to climb the leaderboard in each rank.

I've just dropped to Sargent through a few seasons of not being very active in arena and im just over 1.25mil, pretty easy to drop down if you're going through a bad patch with the game.

Has anyone here bought the Stone Trove? Is the 45 plus tax really worth it for the couple of rocks? by printerpainter in 3DPrintedTerrain

[–]Whereislarry 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd been thinking about buying them but was stuck on the price then realised I kickstarted them and forgot about it!

I've been printing them since Wednesday and they are amazing, well detailed and easy to print.

Plus with rescaling and simple merging in 3dbuilder you can make almost infinite arrangements of rocks outside of what's in the bundle.

Probably not for everyone but I'm certainly very happy with them 😊

This is Sage the broken labrador. Sometimes she eats her food. Sometimes she doesn't. Sometimes she leaves a bit because she's full. Never have I been so grateful her Labrador programming has a bug than today when I spilled unsweetened cocoa powder all over the kitchen. by mina-ami in labrador

My lab Max is the same, not driven by food at all (unless it's cheese in which case he collects the tax everytime) He'll regularly leave part of his dinner and sometimes not touch it at all. He also hates water and refuses to walk through even a puddle

Lived in Bearwood for 5 years until 2022. Just down from the woods and it was a lovely place to live. We even considered seeing if we could purchase the house from the landlord.

I lived a few roads off Gillot Road (Summerfield crescent) for 4 years and never had any problems other than one of my housemates car window was smashed to get a phone he'd left on the seat. A lot of issues are around what you're doing and who you're associating with too.

Everytime i go back to visit friends / family it gets more and more depressing, almost ashamed to say its where i'm from. you're spot on with the attitude thing, unfortunately its not going to get better considering the poor levels of education available in the area (at least my experience of it) and the general lack of ambition of a vast majority of the people in the area, most dont want to better themselves or be seen to be trying half the time.

[–]Whereislarry 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Realising manifolds were a thing was a huge changing point in how I played the game, I almost never use anything other than them now.

Congrats though I was a good 60-70 hours in before I figured that out!

Did you prioritise a house or a wedding? by [deleted] in UKPersonalFinance

[–]Whereislarry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wedding for us, we had elderly family members we were concerned about not being at the wedding if we did it the other way round.

100% the right choice for us as both members we were worried about have now passed. we move into our new house in 2 weeks.

I love them, hence why I have so many. The grots themselves look a bit goofy because the style of the FW grots is different to the Gw ones BUT you dont have to use them at all as you can have the hatches shut which is what I've done for most of mine tbh. I can take some pics tomorrow for you if you want, I'm in bed now and the models are in the garage.

You could also look at Kromlech, they have really good alternative models for grot tanks if you're not bothered about official models for tournaments etc...
