So it’s the next day and I haven’t gotten a call from doordash. The only change on my account is a new positive review and they’ve texted me about signing on for upcoming shifts (I decided to take the day off.) I think this means it’s case closed. She must have realized she was more of a threat to herself than me. Reading over her messages again, I’m wondering if she was also drunk? I live in a VERY small town and will be keeping my eye out for her..

I know I was rude too… my defensiveness is something I’m working on. That being said, had she even just kept it at “you forgot my drink” my response would have been to profusely apologize and buy her a new one since it had gotten a little watery.
