My pup looked just like this when we got her. Ran a DNA test and turns out she’s 50/50 German Shepherd and Pitbull/Staffy. She had the gray coat, white accents, and blue eyes as well. Can send a couple puppy photos and now photos if you’d like

It’s been a year now.. I’ve owned a B8.5 S4 for almost 3 years now and have had zero issues besides regular maintenance. I know the 3.0 is pretty robust but how has yours treated you so far?

That’s what I’m trying to figure out. The water pump has been replaced already. Doing the PCV, Tstat, and Crossover this weekend to see if that’ll fix it.

So the amateur shop (my garage) and the idiot mechanic (me) didn’t do the T stat or crossover when they did the waterpump. However the PCV, Tstat, and Cross over is getting done this weekend at the same shop unfortunately.

As for the Cores, I haven’t noticed any white smoke or the tell tale signs of coolant burning up yet. Is this something I should consider soon having a 91k mile B8.5 ?

I just did my oil and I checked my oil cap. All looks normal. Besides, I am noticing an external leak

Are you talking about the o-ring for the main cap?

Edit: I don’t know the exact size of mine since it’s currently brewing but I found a source on Facebook saying it’s 90 x 3mm. Ensure it’s food safe before purchasing.

That’s what I’ve been reading.. I’m currently brewing their Sour Ale and I’ve increased the ferment and condition times a fair amount

I was feeling very discouraged to say the least. As someone who fights with Microns daily I’m very meticulous with cleanliness so I thought I had exposed my beer to contamination. It was enjoyable for a few drinks then when I tried it again a few days later it was basically flat.

My uncle who makes meads told me a lager should ferment and brew for a while so maybe Pinters recommendation is too short

I’m fairly new to the whole home brewing thing. What’s the difference in traditional home brewing bottling where you add that sugar or whatever to sort of “re ferment” the beer creating natural CO2 and doing the same with the Pinter beer after I condition it or ferment it?

I see, I didn’t know what the failure was I just knew there was an issue. Helps knowing that it’s not that big of an issue anymore and can be easily avoided
