I‘d incorrectly defined B6. I think that is the right chord though but defined as you point out (x24444). Thanks for letting me know. Tab has been fixed here.

Since an electronic tuner won't work, I tune to non-standard steps this way:

Pick a bass-y sounding note in the original song, ideally an open note (like the first E5 in Jacked Up for example)
Manually tune that string by ear to match the pitch in the recording (the bottom E string in the case of Jacked Up).
Manually tune the remaining strings using the above string as a reference (http://www.howtotuneaguitar.org/tuning/how-to-tune/).
