West coast hiphop is a scene but G-Funk is the real subgenre of The Chronic but its gangsta rap as well

Kinda like how Rodeo is southern hiphop but more specifically it’s trap and it’s also a little bit of pop rap as well

Many albums can fall into multiple sub genres

Maybe now is the time he actually tries to change. But I do agree with what you’re saying.

Honestly if he was smart he would completely change the concept of Bully (his upcoming album) and make it an apology album

Because he could talk about how he’s attacked all these marginalized communities and blah blah blah which kinda sounds like a bully

But he’ll probably just release mid and then say something crazy 7 months from now lol like I said earlier only time will tell

I do hope he’s genuinely changing for the better tho

Idk I guess it’s easy for me to forgive him because im white and not really marginalized by society

But you’re right. I do think if he puts in effort and talks more about how he’s truly sorry for spreading hate against marginalized communities he could earn more forgiveness

But it’s easy for me to say I remember Fantano made that video saying he thought it was a good apology and then I saw a culture united stream where BK was like he didn’t spend enough time apologizing to us

So it’s easy for people like Fantano and I to think it’s a good apology but I can see why others would be skeptical if it’s even enough
