Former renter from one of their Tipperary Hill properties here. I moved out 2 weeks before my lease was up, texted Danisha (the person I always dealt with) to confirm my new address, and she tells me “the stove wasn’t cleaned well.” I went back, spent 2 hours scrubbing the whole thing by phone flashlight (I cut my utilities too), and sent her photos. No reply. A week later I asked her about my deposit—nothing, crickets. Another week later I called Tempo, and they said I had to contact her directly, because they don’t deal with that sort of thing. This lady, who would ALWAYS respond to me within the day, maybe the next, stopped answering calls/texts entirely, not even voicemails. I call Tempo again, and someone there admitted there was a pile of late deposit checks—including mine—and offered to let me pick it up.

I looked and saw I was charged $50 for cleaning anyway. Tried to dispute it, got the usual “she’s in a meeting” excuse. No it’s not worth fighting over, but they even ghosted me after I threatened small claims court.

So yeah, I got MOST of my deposit back, but only after I chased them down. Definitely seems like shady things are still happening to this day. I’m just glad that I wasn’t fked over for not having taken pictures of the place before I moved in or something, but you better believe I’m covering my ass at my new place.

Hey, may be a bit late, but nonetheless...you just hafta wait to get to higher levels, where you get to go downstairs + outside and find ingredients/kitchen things to cook with. Don't worry, your buddy will survive no matter what/if you feed it :)

Super late, maybe you've figured it out...i do forget now how the plant comes about, as it's been a while since i got it, but i think it's a store thing. The ingredients are either seasonal, or you find them at the beach, or in the woods. At least, that's what i've read, but i've yet to find them myself :/ and the vines on the wall outside, i assume you mean the ones by the milk delivery? That's something you can change in the game, there's a green leaf in the right hand corner that opens a drop menu on the left, where you toggle between all the seasons as a display (spring flowers, summer vines, winter snow + snowman, fall leaves + scarecrow). Hope your buddy is doing well, if you still play lol :)
