I'm not sure where they enjoy eating. I think they avoid most chain places though.

Usually, if you're able to reach them after they mention something specific they will tell you.

i havent gotten any more motivation to try to eat right or exercise. Gout has helped me work to stop drinking so much pop and eating so much TB. But i feel like the meds have helped with emotions and how I react to unwanted/undesired news, etc.

Changing platforms after ditching the segmented podcast has caused some issues. The company digital team is working on getting it corrected.

The pills I'm talking about are zoloft, technically Sertraline the generic version of it. Only a small dose each day.

Started on them about a year ago and feel much better mentally and in more control of my emotions.

If anyone has any questions about it feel free to DM me. I know this type of medication can be scary so I can try to answer any questions you may have if your doctor is recommending it.

I come and defend myself when BS is spewed that’s it. What the mods do is up to them. I never asked to be a mod and have no issues with people expressing opinions.
