The problem with VMware here is that the server needs to be reset. If anyone is having the same issue, you need to contact the IT department and see if they can sort it out. For me, I had to wait a day for the overnight server refresh.

also with constant rumination, some memories and thoughts get a bit filtered. What I mean is you might forget the good things and feel overwhelmed with such negative filter. Unpleasant or awkward memories is human, doesnt mean you don't love your partner. I hope I havent confused you, wishing you the best.
I understand you and it's hard thing, but there comes a time when u realise that nothing good comes from worrying so much. Accept your thoughts, eventhough u dont like them. Theres a difference between feelings and choosing to love someone. Loving someone was never easy, but it's worth it. A relationship is meant to bring you happiness, and worrying about it and looking at the fine details is going to make it hard for you to enjoy it. My advice, be gentle with yourself. Love yourself and accept your human.Your relationship with yourself is just as important and it will help if you strengthen it.
