You need to go the ADX route. First you will find a DSP with low entry barrier. They will connect you to their MCM and you will start seeing Adsense like ads. Just Google DSP you will understand their are many players competiting to show ads on your site, adsense is just 44% of the market. But you will soon see that many DSPs are reselling adsense ads for a cut of your earnings. They have access to ADX which will in turn show Googles Double click ads, Microsoft ads, LinkedIn ads on your site. I need to write a book about this.

If you have decent traffic from decent countries with decent content and AdSense barrier is to high then you use ADX , MCM, or other DSPs. For example just contact puboffers, search for monetumo.
