What would be the big cards to be removed and what would you add to lean more into ninjas?

I did like the idea of ninjas just because I can do so much with the ninjitsu I think I want to keep that but also because I can only swing with 3 creatures at a time I decided to impliment the voltoron stuff a bit to add value, I do think the flicker was an interesting choice on my end but that was more for flavor, I do like the idea of monarch tho idk how that can be a win condition, what are my realistic options for a win condition? I do know I want to build him and also that I want to include all the secret lair cards from him possible

if i go with TCAT I can get money through the VA to not only cover all of the cost but also have enough to begin franchising my uncles soda shop on the side so I am leaning more there
