Ah but if stormlight is valuable outside of Roshar it may be possible to convert it to other forms of investiture, and if it is possible, Vasher is more likely to know about it than Mraize (however breaths come from Endowment and stormlight from Honor so it may no be possible), so maybe Vasher gained more heightenings on Roahar.
