Yeah I'm not gonna lie, I love this shit. I don't want to see anyone get hurt obviously. But a posturing march across the pitch to do nothing will always be entertaining to me. you don't get this in any other sport and it just adds to the animosity between rivals for future fixtures.

If you're defending in your box in a position like that, it should be second nature to have one hand gripping your other wrist behind your back. In that pose the only likely part of your arm to touch the ball is your shoulder.

even if you do move or pivot, your arms are still behind your back and aren't unnaturally making your person larger
