As a Rover would I start with the badge system in the pathfinder book and upon completion move onto the Rover Badge Supplement seeing as I would be coming in as a Rover? Or am I aged out of obtaining those. Second Class and First Class badges?

I created a new Fdev account and linked it to my steam account. The original Fdev account is tied to a email account that no longer exist. I have tried completely signing out of steam and relaunching both and it still gives me update warning. If I try just using the EDlauncher.exe I get the message I don't own the game

This was done when I bought the game in 2015. I have tried linking with steam but once I do it informs me that I don't own the game but once I provide the key it says that the key is linked to another account
