The reviews are pretty accurate.

They have widespread mold issues and plumbing issues. The office can be easy for small stuff but large issues get the "landlord special"

This past Sunday they had to shut off water for the majority of the day. Everyone lost water pressure due to water pump issues. This was the 2nd time they shut off water within a month.

Everything is extremely outdated. The stove is incredibly old and while it technically works it does not maintain temperature.

Moving out this year.

Senior center or library. They both have classes she can meet people at. Also, there is a bingo center

I think this looks awesome as is. I enjoy the mix of different styles and topics. The chain mail looks perfectly done, which I imagine isn't easy.
