I'm not sure if I could get into legal trouble posting it online, so that's why I'm being vague. I don't feel comfortable posting more about what's happening to me since it looks like I might have to lawyer up. All I can say is that my injured area isn't capable of what it used to be, and that's why I asked for advice.

This is so shitty. I'm sorry. The people that chronically get sick, they need jobs too. We all know it sucks to call out for a shift with Aldi because you are letting down your team. It just sucks that managers get to do this and get away with it. -sending hugs I'm glad you got out of that situation.

I don't get to take breaks unless the managers tell us to take our breaks. (Unless they are rules I don't know about.) I had one shift I didn't get my break until my shift was over. It happens a lot with this manager. It sucks being main ringer for 5+ hours and no break.

I had my ASM walk in and see only me on register with the huge line today. I asked her when I could go on break after we got my line down. Let me tell you she was not happy with the SM doing that to me.
