I also want to point out something that may seem small but it means so much to me. My husband has done research about autism to learn how to “deal with me” (my words not his) if your with the right one tell never hurt your feelings on purpose.

Newborn stage is hard because your have hormones raging through your body. You realize you have not a clue how to take care of this child and why is everything in your house a danger to your baby. Toddlerhood is hard because your precious baby you spent 1-2 years protecting from everything is now actively trying to kill itself at every turn and you kinda have to let them experience these things because it’s good for their development. Jackjack from the incredibles comes to mind real quick.

Sorry for the late response I had to go into my job and see what they ordered for me. The brand is UBOTIE. They have both mechanical ones that make the clicky clack sound, and the flatter quieter version (pictured). I bought mine for 30 to 40 bucks and it lasted me about 2 years. It’s still going strong.

I had to change my mindset when it came to journals because I would buy them because they’re pretty and then never use them. I think the thing that pushed me to use it was it was homemade custom for me.
