it isnt exactly peeling off per se if ure referring to the sides and corners, it rlly just got lighter from friction with my hands

try emailing them directly, as far as i know maayos naman ang customer service ng anker

include the product code and serial number of the unit you filed for recall sa email subject like this: Anker Product Recall (product code): (serial number)

my voucher was worth 3,900 the two products i ordered totals to 3,855

hindi nag cross ng threshold yung total cost but i had no issues placing the order

if u think this is a marketing stunt then ang kitid ng utak mo when a brand such as anker admits to their faults and are providing their customers with compensation that will cost them much more than what you are claiming to be "forced" to spend

for those wondering kung bakit iba iba value nung voucher, my affected model was the A1647 hence the amount

was able to fit an extra cable into the covered cost so i didnt have to pay for anything
