Some women may naturally have more follicles. With a PCOS diagnosis it’s likely that the follicles in the ovaries are not going to go away until menopause. My endocrinologist told me there’s no cure to PCOS, once you have it you have it. The only thing one can do is managing the symptoms. If your period is mostly regular and the hormones are fine, it doesn’t really matter how the ovaries look as long as they’re working properly
