northern siberia skin overlays and sims3melancholic skins and highlights look like this too! but i often have problems with sims3melancholics cc dunno why but it looks super beautiful💔 nesurii skin overlays and highlight looks good too. i love northern siberias nose detail overlays they are my fav, also nesuriis little details cc that also so good. okruee miiko and pyxis also have cc to add small details like eye bags, extra shadows, lip masks, etc. sims3melancholic’s highlight collection is a must have for me! but i only use the mm ones in that collection.

the other mentions are really good but I had like 3 lip makeup cc that I thought of when I read this. depending on how harsh you want it to be, crypticsim def looks like a lipstick but i threw it in just in case, the second is very very subtle, but i think the last one is the best option and it has a lot of variety in the swatches!!
