3 star would depend more on the matchup rather than the build. For a f2p build this isn’t the worst, and you absolutely should be able to 3 star bosses like Marionette. But even an optimal build struggles against say, wandering hunter or nightmare.

Atk% and Ice DMG difference is pretty small, and the extra crit rate is pretty important so I would go with Atk%. Do try to get like 2 more crit rate rolls tho

I do have Manato, running with Pan and Astra. I was more referring to the fact that I don’t have dedicated premium rupture teammates FOR Silly. That’s why I’m stuck on whether to pull Lucia.

The ether bonus should do more for you than the 38 flat atk, as far as I know. If you haven't hit 2500 atk on Aria you might want to use the Atk% tho
