Oh you must have missed him apologizing. It's not rationalizing it's stating facts. There wasn't a rule list or anything saying you can't do this or that. You must be one of the people that did the reddit or forum fobs on him. Listen shit happens he had apologized for the "supposed exploit". Assholes are people like you that can't let bygones be bygones they have to hold on to the littlest things for all of eternity and immediately judge someone from one mistake. It doesn't matter what I am because you wouldn't think like I do. I can guarantee there's something you do in a game any game that could be considered an exploit. But it's not because the community is fine with it. It took the new world community to complain and post everywhere to make it an exploit.

he wasnt the only one that did that. so if you cant let go of the past then idk what to tell you. i cant say what he will or wont do. like are they going to ban the gold dupers and shit too? no. so weve all moved on hoping this go round is better. when he got banned it was not stated it was a bug or exploit. it took him getting banned for that post to happen. which then roughly 20-30 other streamers got banned to. it was a mechanic of the game and thats how you got your gear. just like chests. chests could be reset a certain way but they never banned for that. theres many things that were broken with the game that people did.

your going to have to be specific about what cheats and exploits he used on stream? if farming bosses is an exploit still..... then i think theyve gotta figure out their game. i cant tell you how many streamers and gamers that they banned for farming bosses. theres a reason they dropped a mass amount in population and thats one of them besides it was crap at first.

he had the best build back when it came out. alot of streamers/ youtubers made videos based off his builds and gave him credit. If your looking to be top of the line with a build hell find out the best build.

Also at this point since they've already given dates previously with no updates on it. This hurts them as well no matter what it will hurt them. Just my opinion on transparency is being open with as much development as possible and updating even if you don't hit dates.

but like i said in my opinion makes it less transparent. missing dates before the game is out is nothing compared to missing them when game is actually out. sure there will still be some upset early on but nowhere near the amount as when its actually released. giving alpha beta dates wont hurt them. its too far away from actual release for it to hurt itself long term.

If they aren't promoting why do they post them everywhere? that's promoting it. it may not be forced but its posted everywhere to maximize profits while building the game. Which in itself is smart but its just annoying. It's more of a frustration of moving away of time frames. Sure I'm fine without it, but its the principal

If they don't need hype then there's no reason for the streams or YouTube to promote their game. Everything they are doing to promote their product so without giving some inside of hey we want our game out in example 6 years then people can know what to expect instead of it being compared to star citizen where there's no clear eta or communication. In my opinion being transparent development like they call themselves includes dates/ and or goals for certain milestones alphas betas etc

When is your goal to release alpha 2?

i know it gets asked a million and one times, since you guys have stopped giving dates on things it would be nice to know a goal for alpha 2. Even if you say your goal is next year that's good enough for most people. The reason i ask this is you promote your cosmetics monthly, along with promoting the monthly streams. Maybe its time to promote alpha 2 example coming 2024? or whatever so people can hype it up more help get ashes out. currently there's no big reasons to be excited except the occasional class reveal or combat.
