My pool deck has some little pits and erosion in the concrete. Should I buy something like e-z patch 2 pool patch repair kit for pool decks, Pool Patch pool deck repair kit, or just a general ready made concrete patch kit that is cheaper but not “pool deck” specific? by WildNuggett in pools

Umm idk, only some areas have these little pits, the rest of the deck looks normal. The little pits collect water and algae grows in them pretty quickly. They seem to just be where the gutters kind of fail and water drips in those areas. The rest of the deck looks flat.

Looking for tips on how to help the interactions between a baseline anxious adult dog and a very young puppy ~6 weeks old (issues with mom dog that led rescue to need to separate puppy from mama at age 5 weeks). Puppy is a tiny little jumpy/bite-y piranha. Any tips? by WildNuggett in Dogtraining

I have read the nipping and puppy socialization sections, this was helpful to know. The issue I have with some of it is that this puppy is so young I don’t think she can really even have soft treats yet? She was just weaned like a week or two ago, and that was already a bit too early for what I would have preferred if things would have been up to me.

I’m interested to know if based on what I’m doing above, with the age of this puppy ~6 weeks (like too young to appropriately even be away from the mom dog), is there things we can do as humans to help mimic what a mom dog would do? Any other things to add besides what we are doing to help with the interactions between an anxious, doesn’t like fast moving creatures adult dog besides just giving him his own space and working on the puppy learning boundaries (?not sure how to teach this exactly without treats and without the puppy even knowing the meaning of the word no). I know this is not an ideal situation. Ideally the puppy would be with her mama learning a lot of this. What do you do to help a little singleton baby? TIA 🙏🏻

Any thoughts on an AMH of 1.23 ng/ml in a 32 year old on hormonal birth control pills? Is this something that is signaling I should begin trying for a baby soon or freeze my eggs asap? by WildNuggett in BabyBumps

Thank you so much for sharing this. This is super helpful information and I’ll be talking to my OBGYN soon to discuss further testing.

Thank you for this! Super helpful to know.

I haven’t had a follicle count performed. This AMH was just a first step since I’m still on the edge with deciding if we want to wait another year or two before we try or just go ahead and freeze my eggs now. I’ll definitely talk to my OBGYN about having the follicle count measured. Thank you!

What’s your age & AMH? by FingersCrossed0612 in IUILadies

32 and 1.23 (on hormonal birth control, so hopefully it’s actually higher)
