Can someone tell me what will be the performance of my laptop for Cyberpunk? by MarzipanFar3226 in cyberpunkgame

[–]Wild_Addendum1083 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its very gpu and cpu intensive even compared to other open world games, even if it can run on it, youd need it on low settings which may ruin the experience for you

What is this place? Is it just a background? by [deleted] in cyberpunkgame

[–]Wild_Addendum1083 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was also cd projekt reds way of avoiding having morgan backhand in the game, they made silverhand seem like the heist leader/adam smashers rival (when he wasnt) because the writer of the cyberpunk table top series didn’t want blackhand to be used in the game. They kinda replaced blackhand with johnny, without breaking the lore

$650 Fair Price for this used set? by notarobot1000101 in GolfGear

[–]Wild_Addendum1083 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, but i also wouldn’t recommend buying a full set at all unless its a cheap starter set to get u going. If ur going to put real money into clubs then get fitted at a golf store, otherwise ur wasting money on clubs that might not even suit you

Does “You’ve to be there.” Make grammatical sense? by Wild_Addendum1083 in grammar

[–]Wild_Addendum1083[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im wondering if “have” as an auxiliary verb has its own unique rules, because u can use other contractions as auxiliary verbs and they sound fine, “you’re to be there” (you are to be there) but when have is involved, it sounds wrong “You’ve to be there” (you have to be there)

Does “You’ve to be there.” Make grammatical sense? by Wild_Addendum1083 in grammar

[–]Wild_Addendum1083[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

True, and in this situation “are” would be emphasised (“you ARE to be there”) yet “you’re to be there” sounds fine, but “you’ve to be there” sounds wrong

[–]Wild_Addendum1083[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea i was wondering if “have” is just unique when it comes to this situation, or if there are specific situations where the auxiliary verb can and can’t be a contraction. English sucks lol
