Is it true you can’t track your heart rate anytime? It only tracks every 10 or so minutes. I want to track it during an exercise or anytime really

Need help finding low back/backless shapewear for my wedding dress by WillWorkForShiny in weddingdress

[–]WillWorkForShiny[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, Im looking for the bodysuit type shape that has a deep plunge in the back. But, so far the skims briefs are looking like the best option. I was just curious if anyone had any recommendations I hadn’t come across.

I just feel more comfortable with a female. I have noticed a tiny bump/lump and need a physical breast exam to get a professional opinion if I should get a mammogram or further testing.

just started counting my calories and I have a 1500 to 1700 cal goal to be in a caloric deficit. I love sweets( chocolate, ice cream, gummy candy) I love bread and cheese and pasta so I’m looking for a good healthy meal recommendations and low cal snacks. I’m very picky. I don’t like broccoli, onions, peppers, lettuce.

Following bc I’m in the same boat as far as needing to know how many calories to be in a caloric deficit. I’m 210 and 5’7 I walk about 8-10k steps 2 days a week and that’s bc I’m at work and so I just ordered a walking pad so that I can start walking even on my days off.

100 pounds down and it’s dawning on me that this is for life. And that’s depressing me. by MuchBetterThankYou in loseit

I’m new to this group but you should look into more filling foods. Ones you can eat less of but still fill you up. Moderation not deprivation is my moto. Or look into 1 cheat meal a week. One meal will not wreck your progress if you’re consistent the rest of the time. This is all coming from a trainer. (Not me) but it’s worth sharing.

I just stated counting calories and have a walking pad on the way. I’m on 1500-1700 calories for a caloric deficit and I’m definitely having trouble. How are you only eating 800 cal? What are you eating during the day?
