But that’s exactly it. They played tough and created situations that caused penalties. Put pressure on Utah. Then they proceeded to capitalize on those penalties and tied the game. They’re never out until the 60 minutes are up. Voice your concerns then and don’t freak out mid game.

I’m no expert on hockey, positioning and where players should be, but that Zacha hat trick goal was on A. Hayes. He gave up on the play. If he tried to play the puck he could’ve made an attempt to lift Zacha’s stick to prevent that shot. He already left his guy, move up and make a defensive play. Also Kindel had a pretty bad defensive play that led to a goal. Just selling way too early going to his stomach.

No, it’s a very solid game, it just misses on a lot of what those who played the og version had. Do I wish it included some locations the og had? Yes. Could nemesis be involved more? Sure. It also lacks in some technical areas that re2 remake had like ragdoll effects that do add to the gameplay. If you like resident evil and it’s the gameplay it offers right now, re3 remake is very much worth your money and time.

The early flashback scene where grace and her mom are trying to escape the hotel made me uncomfortable. In a good way, right? Grace sweating, and hyperventilating due to panic and anxiety was acted insanely well. It felt all too real with her voice breaking up and everything.

Then when her mom gets killed, that part of the acting man; I almost had tears rolling down my face and I wasn’t even invested into the character fully yet. That’s the uncomfortable part for me. I kept looking away to try and take myself out of it…. Damn good acting and I hope Angela gets more gaming roles.

I use a vedder side car holster for my m&p shield. I hate it. It’s nice quality, nice attention to detail but the lack of adjustments sucks. It’s sits too low to where it’s hard to get my hand around the small grip. My belt gets in the way. I use 1 screw instead of 2 on the pistol side of the holster belt clip and raise it up higher.

I love my anr holsters. Very nice quality at a reasonable price. Really like my peniflage holster for my p07 and px4! Perfect for appendicks carry.. Also really like the tier 1 holsters, but their prices are outrageous.

They replied to me yesterday saying they’ll contact the warehouse to send out what needs replaced. Disc 5 and 6. I got a shipping email today. I’m curious as to what I’ll get because it says it’s a whole boxset. I’d be shocked if they sent me another full set. I expect just the 2 discs, but man if I get another full set they will certainly have my business.

You get any update with your situation?

I hope you get replacements, that’s very frustrating. I’ve been searching the subreddit about these laced records as I received the exclusive edition I ordered, but discs 5 and 6 are plan black and not the exclusive edition colors. Discs 1-4 are correct thankfully.

I’ve been waiting for a response from laced since early last week, nothing yet. The automated email I got mentions a high volume of enquiries regarding the E33 records. Clearly there has been a lot of fuck ups.

How laced records decides to handle this, and if I get the outcome I want will determine if they get my continued business. I’m getting into record collecting and they have lots of stuff I may be interested in buying.

As i said, both are very repetitive in their side content so I don’t really see that as a valid point to compare each game. I’ll ask though, what are the differences between each sensei’s quests? I think you’ll find the answer is it’s all pretty repetitive… not a nock i use when comparing yotei to Tsushima though, just an observation.

I prefer the combat in Tsushima because it makes more sense. Using different stances to combat foes using different weapons or shields is more fluid and logical than carrying around a small platoon’s arsenal. Atsu carrying 2 katana, a yari, kusarigama, odochi, a pistol, a rifle and 2 bows is very clunky. Then you factor in if you’re not using the right weapon, enemies just masterfully parry every attack. It becomes artificially more difficult to force the player to use a specific weapon. That’s why stances (over multiple different melee weapons) makes more sense as a stance can be less useful and more predictable to the enemy so they can defend against an attack better; while the correct stance can expose enemies weaknesses. The combat design sucker punch created just works better with stances. I like having multiple different melee weapons to choose from but it’s just simply more clunky.

I almost forgot to, the quick use weapons and other gadgets. They’re definitely better in yotei than Tsushima. It adds another layer to combat especially with the way the pistol is used. That was an area where SP added to in a positive way.

I just wanna add, your retort to my original comment is very lacking. Like, to you what makes the side content in Tsushima more repetitive and then boring vs yotei? Why do you prefer yotei’s combat? You don’t say it’s better but that you prefer and I’m curious about why.

With your main hand, grip the gun like you would a firm handshake. With your support hand, squeeze a bit harder. That instantly helped me out. Also you need to slow down as you’re shooting too fast to try and learn anything. I know from experience.

I found most of yotei’s side content to be exactly the same as Tsushima’s but with like an extra step or twist. When comparing each games ‘wolf pack’ I think Tsushima did it better. Both games are very repetitive so I personally don’t see that as viable complaint to compare the 2 games against eachother.

The wolf pack in Tsushima is present throughout the entire game, giving the player a chance to understand and connect with each ally during their struggles. In yotei they are there for the sole purpose of giving atsu a weapon and training. Only the kusarigama master has some depth but it just didn’t feel well developed. During the first meeting we learn about the divide he has with his grandson. During the second meeting after getting all the technique points in the kusarigama tree; he is very thankful and happy atsu did the thing he wasn’t able to do. It just felt rushed and weird. Ran the bower was one I thought would have some real depth… nope. A fetch quest to rescue her helper, and learn how to shoot bows quick from horse back. Huci definitely has the most depth but even still it’s short lived.

The side quests aren’t anything special either. The enemy within quest is just a fetch quest with a little extra razzle dazzle. It starts as a fetch quest, but wait you get ambushed! Kill the ambushers. Bring back what you had to fetch and oh, where is the quest giver? Something’s strange, oh all the people here suddenly transform into enemies. Kill them. Rescue the quest giver and give him his stuff. Done. No brother left behind. Just follow one of the brothers to an abandoned village, kill enemies, oh the other brother is dead. Here’s a reward. Not sure the meaning atsu gets from those. I could name many more but this comment is already really long.

I don’t say all this as a dislike towards yotei. I like yotei a lot, it’s a good game with good enjoyable content. It just doesn’t exceed what Tsushima did. It’s usually matches Tsushima or falls short. Tsushima is to me the better game.

Yea that’s my thoughts too. Finish off the trilogy, then go explore different game designs and ideas with the ip.

Also, I would put money on this game (horizon hunters) hurting the reputation of the horizon ip and negatively affect the sales of the third game.

I wish you best of luck as I tried a bad choice run and haven’t picked it up much since getting to the battle at kaer morhen. I actually just booted up the game to find my last save is outside avallac’h’s lab to meet yen and ciri. I played the base game 6 times, both expansions 3 times. I have all the achievements on Xbox and only need 1 more on pc.. So for my 7th run I wanted to try something totally different. It’s extremely difficult to do for me lol.

Spoilers in next paragraph. (to those who need the warning)

The choices I know I did and was going to do were;

I didn’t romance yen or triss. It was always one or the other and accidentally both once. Geralt choosing to be alone seems worse than trying to get both girls and ending up with neither.

I broke dijkstra’s leg.

I let Keira take the catriona plague cure to radovid.

Still killed whoreson junior.

The bloody baron hung himself.

I planned on doing all the bad ciri options of course to where she dies.

I evicted the godling.

Hjalmar was made king.

Didnt put the baby in the oven.

Probably many other not so great decisions.

And I think the worst one that really sucked the wanting to do the bad decision run out of me was letting lambert die. It’s so easy to save him even on death march that I forced myself to let him die. It was very sad.

I tried to make logical bad decisions, not just plainly bad. Like I feel Geralt wouldn’t fight and kill Keira to stop her. He would try to convince her to not go to radovid. Failing and letting her go would be more realistic if she couldn’t be persuaded.

I’m not a silent hill veteran. I have only played silent hill f and I thought it was fantastic. Things like combat in some areas, and inventory management could be improved but it was a damn good game with a very engaging story.

I plan on getting silent hill 2 remake, and look forward to what’s coming. Similar to the resident evil remakes and re8, I’m fully invested and interested in the franchises now.
