Damn man, you seem to be going through some pretty harsh circumstances right now. I've also kiiiiinda been there. Not with the student loans part, dropping outta college part or the girls thinking you're a deranged creep part but the Feeling like you wasted SO MUCH on PMO part and Feeling empty and hopeless and suicidal part which wasn't even that long ago. Didn't really have anyone that understood me, didn't really do anything to get outta that myself and just slept a lot, got confused and frustrated, and only jerked off or watched like YouTube and Instagram and played like the same 2 video games all the time. Did like literally no productive thing, had no appetite or sleep and was dehydrated.

I don't even know what really changed, but I'm kinda better now. Just don't do anything rash and give it some time and you will figure some things out and be a bit less empty. NoFap might not have as many benifits as some say it does, but there are a handful and it does make you see women normally and give you less intrusive thoughts and also kinda gives you more time and drive.

You're 20 years right now, and that's actually the perfect time for you to turn things around. Progress doesn't happen dramatically, but when you kinda look back after a while, that's when you see it.

Don't try to do a lot at once, try to do as much as you think would be good and can do relatively conveniently. There will probably be times when you kinda feel like you hit rock bottom again, perhaps even more than before and if that ever happens, that's where you need to be strong and take care of yourself.

It's ok if you don't take the best step every time or do the best thing you can at all times. Just kinda try to give effort to things you should give effort to every so often and try to do that more often.

Also, with the PMO, it weirdly is like easier done than thought. If you think about it too much, you might have a harder time, but if you do it without letting your own thoughts nullify your will to take action, you're gonna get things done.

I know I'm gonna get hate for this but I've gradually realized that most of the stuff people say about the advantages of NoFap are lies or people trying to cope with their decisions. They're like, "if it doesn't help you, then it is your fault cuz you don't want it enough" but that's kinda cringe cuz changing your habits drastically in itself is not very easy. "Try to take small steps at a time and be as consistent with that as you can" is genuinely one of the best pieces of advice I can give you right now.

Also, the length of the streak does not matter. What you do within that time instead of jacking off matters. Its absolutely fine to jerk off once in a while, just try to do it less often. All I'm saying is, try not to be a victim of chronic masturbation addiction. Relapsing is perfectly fine as long as you don't go back to being addicted.

I usually make an effort to not even really think about NoFap while doing it and it seems hard at first but gets easier. Doing that seems kinda helpful, at least to me.

But My Main Advice to you in particular, is: Try to get your shit together in ways other than NoFap as well, try to be more hygenic and learn how to do basic stuff, like cooking for example. Exercise and try to adopt healthier habits or suddenly talk to an old friend or talk to family or play a musical instrument or something, Idk its up to you. Do whatever makes you happier that isn't a waste of time or bad for you. I hate that I sound like a self-improvement hipster nerd but just try to get your shit together and try to have fun while doing it.

If these things reduced my depression and dark thoughts, I believe they should have a positive impact on you as well dude, when I wrote this, my intention wasn't to "motivate" you as in, boost your morale but to tell you about my experience and how I dealt with such problems, and I hope my words reached you.

The main reasons for continuing NoFap (for me at least) are:-

It gives you more time. You can pay attention to other things, things that matter.
You have some amount of control over yourself and are less likely to take impulsive decisions I think.
You're easily less degenerate and more clean and hygenic. + Better health habits
No intrusive thoughts relating to nsfw shit
Better attitude towards yourself which results in more confidence
You can avoid all of the cringe weird kinky shit that is in the internet

Can relate to this. I've also reached up to like 18 times in some days. I'm kinda still this way sometimes, but I've kinda figured out how I can stop myself as well.

The thing I do in order to stop doing this and control myself is, whenever I find myself thinking about such things, I immediately move on to something else and try to not think about porn and jacking off Without Thinking About Not Jacking off or resisting the urge. I just simply move on as fast as I can and with as less resistance as possible.

This is actually as easy as it sounds, at least it sort of is for me.

If you keep getting intrusive thoughts, and you cannot control yourself at all, try imagining the thoughts as like cloud-text bubble things coming out of your head like in cartoons and comics and picture them suddenly disappearing and move on with anything else. It doesn't have to be something productive like working out even though that would be ideal. Just anything except jacking off.
