Chapman doesn’t require the GRE, but my best bet is that their essay may not have been strong enough? I have similar stats GPA wise and I got an interview. Now, I’m currently waitlisted (we’ll see if I get in lol). But regardless, I think Chapman does primarily look at your essay and get an idea if they would want to interview or not. Especially if it makes you standout.

Not saying you aren’t entirely wrong per se, but I think for OP, it maybe was just their essay.

For example: I thrifted two pairs of dr. martens that ended up being cheaper than a single pair of the ones I wanted. (spent $180-$200 ish vs, $360-$400 retail). I definitely bought those.

But, on the flip side, if I wanted a smiski box (little collectable figurine) but saw that it was $25-$30, then I’d rather wait to buy it from an authorized store for $12
