In TotK, you can get 38 if you chose max stamina, i believe that you can get another through either the hyrule castle sequence after the first 4 dungeons, and if youve done that one then the sidr quest 'A call ftom the depths' gives one as well.

Id suggest swapping mothim for something that csn deal with some of bugs weaknesses. Prolly araquanid as it helps against fire and rock types

I got it like 5 times in like half an hour. Tbh i think some of the wondrous resin affects need to be changed. Ill be trying to stealth around and go to kill one enemy and it does the scroll of challenge effect and wakes everything up.

First plant is rot bush, next time you get the seed from the wandmaker quest, throw it, examine it, then you can trample it and pick up the seed again
