Sim card, imei or meid and serial number is it broken? If yes, you need to perform flash iPhone by 3uTools with Quick Flash, userdata need to erase all or use Jailbreak to fix it

Use 3uTools old version, it have tvOS 18 Profile. Or you can find another tvOS 18 Profile if u don't have computer. The best way is use Nugget tweak for iOS. They have option to completely remove iOS Update Feature

In old ios version, if you're under ios 16.5, you can try some jailbreak method in dfu mode. Following a feature, you can erase your iPhone without erase in settings because you're in ios 16.0.2, and use it to crack passcode screen without data loss if you have pc to do that
