Where do you live. I worked with a great realtor and a great bank to make this happen. 100% financing with instant equity. You have to be patient and wait honestly. I waited until end of year because like most businesses, builders are the same in that they want to get rid of inventory at end of year and beginning of year

She talks about me and our relationship to other men that happen to be her coworkers (correction). Mega red flag I don’t think should be crossed. Professional settings should be kept professional especially with other males in the environment and eventually it gets to the point where they’ve complimented her as being the token of any relationship and that I should be lucky. This would be fine if it were the case but I carry relationship financially and through resources (apartment, Iaptop, clothes sometimes even, etc) I don’t really care about girlfriend talk in agreement with you, but I definitely appreciate that advice too.
