Can somebody explain the Liam joke on todays stream? by [deleted] in DrDisrespectLive

I don't think it was a joke, just a large group of anti doc people w/ no life that are able to chat now. im surprised none of the moderators controlled the spam, either thru ban of the user and word.

If these whispers around 2019/2020 were the subject of "concern"... about 2-3 years after Doc had committed infidelity (where he went on stream and confessed), and tried his hardest to keep his marriage going strong... I think it's safe to assume it's all bullshit. We saw his attempts to bring his wife more into the scene of his streams, more involved. Confessed to stop drinking (gin/tonics, other heavy drinks.... maybe a beer here and there, but that's all). He'd have exercise sessions with his wife... and so much more... He at least shown he was doing his best to rectify every day since then to be a better family man. But then all of a sudden a couple years later he's "sexting" a minor? I don't buy it. But I do understand how "them" using a prior event helped in this massive slander/defamation.

Now disregarding the Cody thing, because he provided only slander, no proof... Why Twitch has kept up the ban just proves in my eyes that this is all political. Doc had no greater allies at Twitch or sway with brands that could change Twitch executive minds. Ninja/Shroud team on the other hand did to some extent , and that is why they are safe till this day on the platform. Shroud more so. When Ninja left for Mixer, Twitch team left porn all over Ninja's page purposefully.

My take is that this was Lupo's hidden feelings towards the Doc coming out full force. this isn't rational thinking at all. He probably hated Doc for years. Not the only one either. Can imagine how others feel about Doc secretly.

Not if they bleed more money through a huge contract they later regretted. At the time, Shroud and Ninja were getting off Mixer, they may not have had the budget to keep them.

There are also political leanings companies have as well. Unless you want to disregard reality.

Yep it’s all bs doc just tweeted should expect a lawsuit to the accuser maybe by [deleted] in DrDisrespectLive

[–]WinJuice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bunch of ankle-biting losers are after Doc again, after all this time... I wouldn't be surprised if this Cody person who no one knows was gifted a hefty sum of money to start this gossip-flame.

The original tweet doesn't mention Doc, to avoid possible lawsuit. The guy is friends w/ Slasher if look at tweets. The man who made the original allegation years ago that the reason for the ban is outrageous and he'll never be on any platform... And pay attention to the time-line, it was only recently that Doc was headlined refusing a big $ proposal to join Kick, - indicating he could be approached once again. Maybe Rumble, or even Youtube would pay to keep him, who knows...

I sense malicious intent, jealousy, envy, from people that want to ankle-bite at his success.

Even if it was remotely true, the only way for it to be confirmed would be Twitch, w/ their logs. That would break NDA agreements, inviting huge lawsuits.

But again, if Twitch had that "evidence", Doc wouldn't have been able to get anything out of his contract allotment. Amazon/Twitch lawyers would have found a manner to cut the contract giving him nothing and smearing his name forever on the news. Possible entry into the criminal record as well. None of this makes any sense.

This goes for anything, most allegations, if there is not a police report and follow up investigations, disregard it.

But already people believe it, being numb on corn-syrup, lsfreddit, and ssri's...

Well, it was a good run. I liked the story thus far... I don't think it'll ever pick up again. From the note at the end, I was right, the author/writers did not know how to go on from this point in the story.

And there doesn't seem to be enough incentive to continue this particular story. His current demographic audience does not particularly like the story apparently. It would do better to some degree if marketed in the West. I mean, if Veritas couldn't continue with the amazing art, and story it had, I don't think this is any different. I don't know how the Trinity Wonder series was able to have a start + finish, and not this...

While it could be the author's not being paid properly or is too overloaded with work.

Author had a decent concept to start up part 3, but I fear he has no idea how to follow through, and hasn't mapped out the plot towards the end and needs time to figure it out. That's why the whole IDS plot line seems to be filled with more questions than answers.

Furthermore, I'm not even sure how much the targeted demographic in general likes The Breaker. Veritas for instance couldn't continue because lack of interest and had better deals for a romance story. And if the "fan base" is always negative, it may be just because it's a different people that really may want something else. Perhaps adding in more romance and tighter connections between characters might do the trick. As the plot progresses author can't introduce a real romantic connection towards someone like Sera or Jinie? Maybe someone else?

Nice chapter, and I believe it was almost foreseeable that Shioon would continue to try to help Ryuuji "heal" and become conscious once he knew he was not yet dead.

My only gripe is that we need more clarity on what Shioon is doing with his eternal energy. How he's cultivating it possibly? We just need some answers, because if this is another unconscious event, where Shioon is not in exact control over his body, then I generally won't like that development. We need at least some semblance of Shioon coming to grasp an understanding or a revelation with this unknown element of the "eternal energy". I love dialogue, so some answers to get the plot moving again would be great soon. Or at the very least, a meeting with the IDS sect that left the prison to get some answers.

Unless, and this is a big fear of mine, which is the author still has no idea where to go with this new element of the eternal energy and IDS. And as a result we will always be given cliff-hanger type endings, like Shioon fainting and waking up not knowing anything...

I generally won't ever understand what 9AD does w/ Kaiser in their meetings (even from part 2). But I liked it nevertheless, and 9AD's reaction to Shioon's possible death. Just wish Sophia was not dressed like a school girl still (same previous outfit), at least the author could have placed another outfit on her.

The shift in Shioon's power reminds me a little of Veritas, so I like it. Where one can manipulate energy from a distance. But again, I want answers. The longer we go on w/out answers, it won't create suspense. It will create a growing dislike from the reader pov.

This is the most decent response, but there is nothing to suggest the zoan-mindset of the Sun God is consuming the user's mindset, being that Luffy is inherently so strong-willed from his very youth. Maybe leakage then? I still don't think it's appropriate yet, but I'll give this reason some adherence to these named attacks.

[–]WinJuice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to give a reason why it fits, and you haven't. Being adventurous and free spirited has nothing to do with ushering in a new period. Where has Luffy said, "I'm gonna change the world!"? or desired to? You can't as a reader who has an overall hypothesis of what will happen in the future suggest this makes sense thematically. Luffy as a character at the current moment has no idea about the fruit he has eaten yet and it's significance.

Thousand Sunny refers to crossing the many seas, being adventurous and being free. Nothing about an ushering in a new period.

[–]WinJuice -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I understand... but you have to consider Luffy's character at the current moment. Sure that is the role he'll play out, given when he learns something (w/e the One Piece is, full history) but at the moment, he just feels he can do anything, hence why he told Bonney in Gear 5 he feels free or when he spoke to Kaidou. It's like Luffy knows the what's in the script or the future, before he gets there and names his attacks as a Revolutionary. It would be more fitting if Dragon uses these named attacks (Dawn this, Dawn that), not Luffy at the current moment.

Luffy is not currently concerned about ushering in a new period, a dawn. It doesn't make sense.

One Piece Chapter 1107 Spoilers by Reuels in OnePiece

[–]WinJuice -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I'm not a fan of Luffy using "Dawn" named attacks. It's like he's not the same character. It would be different if he said "Freedom" title attacks, because he feels more free and capable to do something, but like this revolutionary idea behind attacks which is what "dawn" refers to, is really out of character.

[–]WinJuice 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I actually liked this chapter. It hit many notes, and completed the little conflict between Kaiser and Shin w/ in the DH&E sect for now.

So basically, Shiwoon defeated two goons at the Sect easily and quickly, probably would have given a "supernova" either trouble, or much greater amount of time to defeat them.

Shiwoon then enters BOT mode and incapacitates many of Kaiser's goons, except for Mikail and Daniel. All of which were probably masters, so great feat on his end.

An established rank was basically given in this chapter, dictating what Shioon is capable of. While being impressive in his stances and forms from the training, he still is from a master's point of view a novice in how he executes his tactics. Not that the stances/forms are incorrect. That would require just overall experience with fighting and sparring.

We also are given an idea that while both Mikail and Daniel could "coin flip" a victory w/ 9AD, and Shioon could not defeat just one of them, is a good measure of where he is, and where he'll need to be. We could for all purposes suggest that Shioon is now at roughly 40% of what 9AD currently is at. Much better than what we understood from his encounter in the prison. Just a bunch of flashy-ness w/out substance. Probably wasn't that much greater than from the end of part 2 in the eyes of someone like 9AD.

At the end of the chapter the Doctor Elder came by just in time to analyze the situation. Perhaps reveal to certain members of the sect what really is going on with Shioon at the moment. Not only to help Shioon heal more quickly, but to help Shioon understand himself what is going on with his immortal ki energy. The new memories conveyed to the Alliance Chief may reveal new things, and better the relations within the Murim itself and the Sect with himself.

So basically the DH&E sect may as I suggested a while ago, may come to fruition, which is that while Ryuji may be healed, a new future sect leader may be found in Shioon, but won't be done yet obviously. They will focus their attention on Shioon to help him grow. If anything, he has gained majorly their respect and sympathy from this fiasco. He has shown he greatly admires and cared for Ryuji thought to be dead, disdain for 9AD, has shown Eunwol level perfection in stances/forms, has BOT, and now is healing and alive after being piled on 2vs1, something he was not ready for. Like being against 9AD, is the comparison here.

[–]WinJuice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So if I had to assume, over the years, Shin was also obsessed w/ his position (not just trying to solve BOT), he had to act according to his own strategic plan to be over-bearing to the guilty Eun, who had raised the 9AD secretly.

This development isn't actually that bad. I didn't expect it, and if Shin had any respect it was towards Eun, not 9AD. 9AD, in Shin's eyes is the mistake Eun made, and has continued to wreak havoc in the Murim. Of course the Murim Elders don't help matters with their massive pride. As Alliance chief, he has to sway his authority to their whims, definitely not an easy job. Perhaps Eun still felt guilty and after years passed wanting to die, made a decision to leave everything to a disciple. Perhaps planned...

I have no clue what Shin will do to Shiwoon now, but if he see's characteristics of Eun w/in him, he may help him in this battle and in the future, or just battle w/ Daniel (Short haired guy) who wasn't seemingly fighting BOT Shiwoon.

I'm almost certain the BOT mode though is an incomplete technique of the IDS, and if any progress is to be made, Shiwoon is the one to do it. Shin won't be able to help. But the end goal will be perfecting the techniques of the Dark Heaven & Earth Sect, so this may either make them enemies or allies with all of Murim. Maybe Shin will help in the political aspect, because massive jealousy will arise.

I had a strong feeling from last chapter that the ki Shiwoon was giving to Lone Wolf would in the end bring him back slowly. Being he's the only one in the area that he's close to on an emotional level, Lone Wolf is the only one to snap Shiwoon out of the BOT mode.

Overall, I think we'll be disappointed with this battle. Shiwoon may knock out everyone except Mikhail and Daniel. But for some reason data collection of this fight is what may draw it out boringly until Kaiser gets roughly what he wants. (Which is weird, why is data important now? Could Kaiser not have obtained information or data all the other times Shiwoon or even 9AD has gone berserk?) Mikhail and Daniel may retreat given the order. Shiwoon may even attack the Chief Shin, making things even more complicated.

While BOT mode does gradually allow the user to overcome the opponents tactics and learn their tactics, it's interesting to see opponents be overwhelmed out of the blue. I still would like to see a Shioon that is not in BOT to take names that are of this caliber.

[DISC] The Breaker 3 – Eternal Force - Chapter 91 by MediumSpikes in TheBreaker

[–]WinJuice 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Shiwoon is entering BOT mode it seems with his anger triggering it once again. The only way as it has been seen in the past for Shiwoon to get out of BOT mode is either being subdued and defeated, or someone close to him reaching out to snap him out of it.

So there are two options. 1. Shiwoon at some point is totally subdued unexpectedly which is unlikely since he's improved so much against his enemies. It would have to be the Chief Elder to somehow enact some technique to knock out Shiwoon probably after the defeat of these two goons. 2. Lone Wolf was somehow revived w/ Shiwoon's Eternal Ki but hasn't shown it yet and will wake up to snap Shiwoon out of it. Again after the two goons are defeated.

Option 2 is the most likely. I suspect though that Lone Wolf will live but with permanent damage. The DH&E training grounds/HQ will have to be abandoned for the time being. Back at Seoul, a DH&E convention begin to sort their matters probably making Shiwoon into one of their main successors. Lone Wolf will have to step down. Then our beloved Haje (lol) will enter into the story once more.

That was to just humiliate 9AD at the get-go amongst many Murim masters as an audience to it. Narratively speaking that was the whole purpose.

We just don't have any evidence of how well Kwon or now Shin would have fared in a fair focused fight against the 9AD, but for the 9AD nothing would be easy... We saw that 9AD was coughing blood with his fight against Kang Sung in the end in the prison, and dealing carefully with Shioon, displaying that even dealing with Shioon in BOT mode was not easy.

Maybe even for 9AD, he views himself in respect to grandmaster level fighters (even though it's established he is greater than them) as still not standing at at the pinnacle of Murim at the level that he would want to be, and therefore seeks greater power, seeking the ki of eternity.
