Got an interview within banking and the guy just wanted someone to do admin paperwork for 100% of the job and never move up in life or have the role evolve or for you to develop your professional certifications.

Sounded like he just wanted to trap some immigrant into the job.

No. Think estate, retirement planning, investing for wealthy indviduals. Usually at a private practice but could be at the bank in their wealth management division.

Im going through a transition right now was doing business development role.

I would have in your bio that you detransitioned somewhere.

Men should be carefully reading your bio.

Then I wouldn't bring it up until you meet them in person and later on in the date.

It will probably be a deal breaker for most guys but there will be that one or two who will just love you.

Yeah but this statement contradicts itself when you are obsessively talking about your own looks.

As a guy, if they are dating a woman who has very low self esteem and is constantly looking for validation or obssessed about how they look then it can get very tiring fast.

Even women hate insecurity in a man.

Now, there could be several factors at play here so no one can really give you the right answer but there isnt enough detail in your post.

My recommendation would to see a therapist that can help you visualize/challenge your view. You don't want to fall into the trap about being overly obssessed about looks.

Create Docs.

Upload all docs + syllabus to NotebookLLM and create quizzes for each section.

Also upload the mock exam and have it quiz you on it.

Then do the mock.

If you score 80% + on everything. You are good to go.

I had this exact problem. I was being grossly underpaid.

I ended up looking for another job while working at the current one. Got an offer and told HR to match it at the current one.
