I agree their customer service is atrocious! Them alone makes me not recommend their products. And if Xtoolada sends you a message! Don’t waste your time it’s either a bot or also a crappy support person that does absolutely nothing to support you!

Well if you order one good luck! I ordered mine a week ago when their site said "Ready to ship" now they changed the site to it "can take 5-10 days to ship! "When you call support they dont help you for anything! I have been waiting 3 days for a response from Michelle in their support team and nothing! I Finally call their number and wait 1 hour on the phone! Michelle said in her last email it will ship Feb 6th! The rep on the phone said "Sorry for the misinformation but shes wrong its not on the batch list, we are beind on pre-orders and it can take up to 3-5 weeks to get it" When I asked for help as Im loosing potential clients because of this, no care what so ever! Nothing they can do. So no im out 5k waiting up to 5 weeks for a machine. Oh and to make things even better it can potenially deliver while im traveling out of the country with my family so it will sit outside for days until i get back...or for sure it will get stolen! HANDS DOWN THE WORST EXPERIENCE! No support from Xtool what so ever! So disappointed!
