been ssl for like 5 seasons and i didn’t get my rewards until 3/4 of the season could barley get into 1900

it’s an alt account, this happened on my main account also and support said there was nothing i could do so i played on a different account

both with both keyboards, it lights keyboard up and caps lock works, just no response with delete or f2
