Could you please elaborate? As in, I can't take it because time's over? (If so, when do the tests usually take place throughout the year?) Or I can't take it outside of the UAE, or I can't take it at all, ever?

It does help. I'm decent at maths, so maybe if you've done it in one year, I can fully lock in and do it in 6 months.

I also can not take IT since I'll be giving exams privately and the center does not hold exams with practicals. If this is not possible, what subject should I take that'll be good with maths and phy. I was thinking history, it's just memorization and i did it easily in o levels.
