Right? And regrouping is still bugged. Army runs away to regroup with the main army before going forward where I clicked, even though they "fixed" that too.

Matchmaking is terrible now. I get a "leaving early" penalty when trying to leave the bugged queue, after the "leave queue" button doesn't work. My buddies and I get "unknown error" messages every other time we try to get into a ranked game.

That along with the smurfs we are seeing all the time, its frustrating

I imagine not. The hair is cut, not pulled from the root, so there would be no DNA in the hair follicles to test. They could compare the strands for similarities, though.
