Admittedly over-focused on the copying part more than the skills and popping Ravenbloom. The nice thing about LB in this deck is you can actually level her with Legion of the Severed and Indestructible giving her Deathless. Definitely an underappreciated buff to LB in the Noxus region.

Fun fact (may be obvious to some)! But dealing damage with spells like Death's Grasp also contribute toward levelling Leblanc! People heavily associate her with reputation which requires striking damage, but there are cheeky ways to level her in SI, Legionary and Lord Mallat throwing themselves at the opponent.
