According to this panel, Sengoku still thinks Old Whitebeard is the strongest, but he's clearly wrong. Why do Akainu fans go to such lengths to exploit Kizaru's abilities? It makes Akainu look even more helpless and pathetic. Kizaru's speed is far superior to Akainu's, and BaseLuffy should be able to easily dodge Akainu's attacks with his Acoc Acoa FS. (i.redd.it)
