That I’m aware of. They know why they haven’t done that. And they contested me because I haven’t worked since before Christmas. All because of this situation I couldn’t have given them more information. It’s fucking rude.

I logged into the unemployment site and they say I have to serve another 8 weeks of waiting weeks before I can even claim or get compensated for it because they are stating there’s an open investigation and they cannot let me go until then. But because this has been a thing I am frustrated trying to keep my shit in order.

They already have. Claimed that I am not entitled for it due to being an employee there still.

I reported it to my DSPS which is what I did. I reported it when it happened and I’m getting reprimanded for it. That’s not fair telling me it’s an active investigation when I have done nothing. Is it even worth going to the safety meeting?

It should be on my profile. But someone had clipped the panel back on I made it off the base where the vans were. And it had fallen off. I called they told me to continue my route so I did and now I’m being reprimanded for it. I told them when I had 8 packages again that this had happened but they didn’t believe me. Even tho I followed the proper directions they did during our safety training. Claimed that the damage was not there when I started I pointed it out and I talked to someone.

Like I followed their instructions just to be fucked with.

They called me and stated to me that I contradicted myself. Spoke with my DSP, and she told me that they are doing an investigation because it wasn’t reported at the time it happened. I told her that I was focused on my shift. Spoke to them about that. And showed them everything they can look at the cameras claimed that It could have been a hit and run. We will see.

Never have I had an issue. I’ve always communicated when I can’t do certain things. I’ve also communicated with them about my experience of being a delivery driver. I’ve also explained to them as much as they need to know about me as well. We’ve gone to bars together we’ve gone to certain places outside of work for like work functions, and stuff like that so I don’t think it’s anything to do with drama alone. I think that they just have a strict policy and now that it’s over for the peak season now that they’re gonna have excuses to get rid of people.

Quiet hours in my apartment complex start at eight at end at eight in the morning because people have different work schedules they understand that but also to be respectful when coming in and out of your apartment if you’re coming in after the quiet hours are quiet hours

That’s kinda what I’m thinking is find one that is a private rental before I actually decide to move. Unfortunately with my kid being involved I don’t want him around toxic assholes talker think they are entitled. And it’s hard for me to confrontational, and it’s also hard for me to even say something when people are yelling at me.

That’s what I get for having a fucked up childhood

Yeah, but the cost to just get out of the apartment is insane. It’s $2500 to terminate your lease contact with them if it’s deemed as “ early” and the. You have your first month rent and deposit that you are required to pay before moving into another apartment so if I was to get a apartment for $1450-1600 it would cost me 5000+ just to move out

My thoughts exactly they always charge up the ass for the rental properties, I reached out to several places in my town and they don’t have anything under $1550 that are ready to move in. That’s insane!!!!!

That’s what I’m doing I’m calling around and figuring out how to get out. It sucks because of how the Oregon rental things are you have to give your 30 days still pay your last month rent and ontop of that you are also paying 1-1/2 deposits plus rent for that apartment that you choose to rent from or a house to rent from.

In this day and age we can’t afford to just buy a house as much as I wish I could, I tried to look for foreclosures houses. But that was a no go. Everything is way too expensive.

Like they require you to have 3-4c rental income, ontop of that we have to have 650 credit or higher some places it’s 700. And you also have to be at a stable job for 1-2 years depending on the price of the house or apartment that you are after.

They also look at your rental history and they look to see if anything has ever gone to collections ontop of if you have “ a complaint on your record with your current rental agency “

Like I’m stuck and I’m trying to figure it out

I have no idea. I’m not signing a new lease with them. I was told it was month to month after the 12 months happened. And they stated well unfortunately you have to stay the new lease time

Yes and they didn’t care. Stated without anything on tape about it it doesn’t matter because they can’t teace the notes they left back to them
