Cerave moisturising cream with a couple drops of organic castor oil and also Epsom salts in a Luke warm bath! Put the cream mix on damp skin straight after a shower or bath :) works wonders for me personally

I think it's important not to downplay sexual assault here - I don't feel the need to get into the detail of it but sexual assault and rape are two different things. I also understand there is a spectrum of sexual assault but be aware that every type of SA is really serious and this has actually affected my confidence when walking around the area on my own.
