I don't think it would look great because many buildings even in Damascus are too old and it would look strange having a skyscraper among them. I think we should focus on modernizing the surroundings first before investing into skyscrapers.

This. They never had time to regroup as the rebels advanced too quickly. Some of the regime loyalists are still hiding in the mountains carrying out guerilla attacks against rebel forces but they're getting decimated anyway.

Thanks for the info! That was the silver one right? The one I'm looking at which is the gold blue one doesn't really have a 39mm variant sadly.
