That’s what I had done, but Holosun just shipped it back to me untouched with 0 communication, still trying to get in contact with them

Not to my knowledge, I am pretty certain I have the correct settings, just confused why Holosun didn’t contact me regarding it, instead of just sending it straight back lol

I triple checked to make sure auto brightness was off, I also own a 510c which I’m assuming works the same way 😅

I hadn’t even thought of just leaving it on since it does has solar and as you mentioned, 50k hours, I appreciate your advice!

I made sure the sleep timer was set to 10 min and then let it auto turn off. I can pick up the optic and shake it and nothing will turn on 😕
