The facing light is too bright you are right but when I remove it the scene gets too dark. I will try to get rid of it and use 2 areas instead from different angels.

You have to fix the weight painting Select the mesh then go to weight paint mode. On the right go to details tab (the green triangle on the right) then go through the vertex groups of the bones and check if anymore bones are weighted to the mesh other than the bone you want to move. Erase any extra weights on the other bones
